How we run

Why the 757
Hampton Roads is one of the great natural harbours of the world: seven cities around one stretch of water. English settlers first came ashore here in April 1607, and the 757 has been building ships and standing watch ever since. That is a good place to learn a money nobody can print.
Portsmouth has been building ships since 1767: hulls made to carry people safely through storms nobody can control.
Bitcoin brings that same idea to money: savings built to stay afloat, no matter how many dollars Washington prints.
Landfall at Cape Henry
The English settlers bound for Jamestown first came ashore on the beach at Cape Henry on 26 April 1607, then sailed on up the James River.
The largest naval base in the world
Naval Station Norfolk, home port for the aircraft carriers, destroyers and submarines of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet.
Where America learned to fly higher
NASA Langley in Hampton opened as the country’s first civilian aeronautics lab. The Mercury Seven astronauts trained here before the first American spaceflights.
